The spotlight today is the
centered on Queen Okoli Obiageli Esther, the reigning Most Beautiful
Girl in Abuja, a pageant regarded as one of the most glamorous contest
in FCT which is already in its 13th edition.
The elegant beauty queen who is from the Coal city state recently
released her first stunning photos after her emergence as Abuja’s no.1
Queen on the 26th of November, 2013.
Venturing into the modelling world was not a tea-party for Queen
Esther as she overcame a lot of challenges to strike a headline.

As a goddess of the runway, the Enugu state born beauty queen tried a
new challenge in the pageant world with her first attempt in Most
Beautiful Girl in Awka following the pressure from friends and close
associates who believed in her competence and outstanding model
qualities. That singular attempt gave her the needed boast to journey
into the industry of beauty with her victory as the most beautiful Girl
in Awka.
With the excitement and confidence gained at the victory in Awka,
Anambra state, the leggy paragon aimed for a more competitive pageant
which saw her enrol for Most Beautiful Girl in Abuja pageant late last
year.
As expected, it was not a bed of roses as there abound a lot of superlative beauties and experience models at the MBGA contest.
The 20 year old Esther Obiageli Okoli who represented Kaduna state
emerged winner through the first ever elective system of crowning with
the last 5 contestants after the elimination of 26 others out of the 36
contestants who battled it out for the ultimate prize and the oldest
beauty crown in the Federal capital territory. With her victory as the
13th MBGA Queen, she was given a brand new car, made Ambassador of
NAFDAC and other entitlements.
While interacting with the media, she said this of her victory “
As the Most Beautiful Girl in Abuja so far its been a good experience
meeting so many well known people in the society, all thanks to my
Project director and CEO MBGA Hon Ejiro Okhipwo and the pageant’s grand
patron Hon Gabriel Oyebode, who have been of great help to me and will
still be, till and after the end of my reign” . The MBGA Queen further
buttressed that her success gained her favour in the eyes of her family
and friends, both those who had faith in her and those who did not . She
stated further “ despite everything they are proud of me and I love
them for their support”
It is worthy to note that Most Beautiful Girl In Abuja pageant has
produced known beauty queens and super models over the years who have
been hitting headlines, thanks to the consistency of the pageant
producer and the unstoppable aspiration of the organisers especially
with regards to Abuja’s position in entertainment industry in Nigeria
Her majesty, Queen Esther Obiageli Okoli is 200 level Mass
communication student of Nnamdi Azikiwe University. She is from
well-appointed background and groomed in a Catholic family of five,
involving her father, mother and 2 other sisters, of which she is the
last.
